Study visit in Norway, within the framework of Democracy Week in Kristiansand
PVN has organized a study visit in Norway, within the framework of Democracy Week in Kristiansand from May 1–5, 2023.
During this visit, we were able to see the Norwegian model of preventing criminality and radicalization by having productive meetings with the municipality, police, organizations, and other key stakeholders and people who warmly welcomed us in Norway.
The Albanian delegation was represented by the Coordination Center against Violent Extremism ( Denion Meidani, Director, accompanied by Ermal Jauri ; PVN Albania ( Oltiana Rama – Executive Director) ; and Terdess Home Albania( Enkelejda Kallciu- Country Coordinator), as well as team members of PVN and TdH.
We are committed to adapting the good models and mechanisms on promoting a vibrant democracy in Albania, and keeping our sustainable collaboration with key stakeholders in Norway.
We are deeply thankful to the Municipality of Kristiansand and the Albanian Diaspora ( Loby Euroatlantik Shqiptar) who helped arrange all the meetings.
